14th to 16th July in Vilnius, Lithuania the Practicing Together Shitro retreat took place in the Gönpa of Dorjeling. We were kindly visited by SMS instructor Jacek Machowski, to help explain the main points of the practice for the newcomers. The retreat was also skillfully charged with SMS Base topics, connected to the view, meditation and behaviour with emphasis on the application in daily life. The sangha was happy having an intense weekend of practicing and refreshing the basics together.
