Practices are open to members of the International Dzogchen Community (IDC). We look forward to practicing with you!

*** Daylight Savings Time began Sunday, March 14th, with clocks in the U.S. and Canada moving ahead one hour starting at 2:00 am that day. However, Daylight Savings does not occur in Tenerife, Spain, and Italy until March 28th, which means that those countries will be an hour closer in time until March 28th. Mexico City changes on April 4th, and Peru, Argentina, and Russia do not observe Daylight Savings Time. So please just check the time before coming to a scheduled online practice! Check your time zone

Beginner’s Yantra Yoga Course beginning Sunday April 11, 11:00am-3:00pm with authorized instructor Paula Barry. This will be a series of four hour sessions held over the course of 3 Sundays. Details forthcoming!
