In Myanmar, a humanitarian emergency is unfolding. The death toll has risen to 3,085, and the country is devastated by destruction. Rescue operations are hindered by severe damage to infrastructure.
Access to affected areas remains limited due to military restrictions, making aid distribution difficult. Over 600,000 people have been displaced, forced to ration water and sleep in the streets.
ASIA is on the ground now, coordinating relief efforts and preparing emergency kits for families who have lost everything. In a context further complicated by the ongoing conflict, our intervention is urgent.
Help us provide relief to those in greatest need.

Our Country Representative, Paolo Tedesco, reports truly catastrophic conditions. The World Health Organization warns of imminent outbreaks of cholera, malaria, and dengue fever due to unsanitary conditions, compounded by unseasonable rainfall predicted between April 6-11.
Essential services have collapsed. Hospitals and health centers lie damaged or inaccessible, leaving thousands without medical care when they need it most. Clean drinking water is scarce, food supplies are dwindling rapidly, and shelter materials – blankets, tarps, and tents – are urgently needed before the approaching monsoon season brings even greater suffering.
We must help displaced families survive these critical days ahead
Please help us respond quickly. Your support makes our emergency response possible.
