On August 23 practitioners of the Dzogchen Community Palbarling held a ceremony to bless a Namgyal Stupa they had recently constructed in the town of Erkherik, Mt. Tsagaan Eeji (White Mother) located 25km east of Ulan-Ude, Buryatia. The Dzogchen Community Palbarling received 44 hectares of land in the area for building a Dzogchen center including a Gonpa. Chögyal Namkhai Norbu had advised practitioners at the Ling to build a Namgyal Stupa first of all.
