Welcome to Merigar Yantra Yoga Sessions
On July 14, Merigar hosted some of the people who had participated in the public Yantra Yoga course in Montemerano at the “Welcome to Merigar” sessions.

We sadly inform you that on Saturday, 29. June, our Vajra Sister Liliya Vuchkova – Lily passed away. She was a student of Rinpoche for many years, who devotedly followed his teachings and supported many of us on the path.

Between March and November 2021 we met once a month for a special, innovative, complete and super professional course. Yantra Yoga from A to Z, devised, managed and organized by Leticia Recepter, a Yantra Yoga instructor living in Argentina.

Mentalizate – Health and Wellbeing Conference in Adeje, Tenerife
Initiated by the Mayor of Adeje, Jose Miguel Rodriguez Fraga, this project is named “Mentalizate”: The primary meaning of this Spanish verb is “making aware” and the project aims at making the public of Adeje aware of the many dire consequences of the ongoing pandemic on their own mental health and equip them to cope with their effects in a positive way.
