This past month has been an absolute joy, filled with tiny feet, big smiles, and open hearts. I had the incredible privilege of continuing to teach Kumar Kumari yoga to the wonderful children of the school of Castiglione d’Orcia (Italy), following the project financed by the Regione Toscana.
What a special place! The school itself is beautiful and welcoming, but what truly makes it shine are its teachers, deeply attentive, kind, and so dedicated to their craft. It’s inspiring to work in an environment where care and passion for education are so palpable.

And the children… they were simply delightful! Each session was a new adventure of discovery, calm, and playful energy.
We culminated this beautiful project with a special workshop. It was so moving to see the children express their unique qualities and draw the things they hold dear and feelings they discovered matter most to them. Their creativity and honesty were a true gift.

This experience reminded me why I do what I do. Teaching yoga is about planting seeds, seeds of mindfulness, self-awareness, and kindness. Watching them begin to sprout in these young souls is the greatest reward.
A heartfelt thank you to the amazing staff at the school of Castiglione for having invited me again and to all the brilliant little yogis who shared their light. I carry your joy with me!
