It is a boiling hot summer, a wave of heat so hot that it has been nicknamed Lucifer. Chögyal Namkhai Norbu is at Merigar West and has just cancelled his engagements in Asia to rest and fully recover his health. Without knowing that he would have gifted us his presence during the daily Khaita sessions and hence attracted many students to Merigar this August, many attended the Mandarava course given by Nina Robinson.

During the two daily sessions Nina explained in depth the meaning of the practice, revealed innovative aspects, and showed how to do the mudras and use the ritual instruments of the practice. In particular, she focused on the practice of Sogthig, both gradual and direct.
It goes without saying that every session of practice was dedicated in particular to our beloved Teacher.
During the lunch breaks, Nina explained – and helped whoever wanted it – how to construct a Dadar.
On the last day of the course, Nina auctioned several Dadars that she had made herself (a special thanks goes to Liane Graaf who helped Nina find the necessary materials), and donated the proceeds to Merigar West, in a joyful and fun atmosphere.
