Worldwide Vajra Dance
30 Years ago – in 1989 – in Khandroling, Tsegyalgar East, Rinpoche made the first contact with the Vajra Dance in a dream of clarity during His personal retreat of the Long-Life Practice of the Immortal Dakini Mandarava.
On Dakini Day, Sunday the 25th of August, we honor and celebrate this auspicious occurrence: we can connect all, globally, through the Dances of the Vajra and/or the practice of Guruyoga.
How?
Where possible we have an ongoing 12 hour Vajra Dance Tun practice.
Otherwise we connect according to our circumstances, dancing one or more single Tuns.
All who wish to participate, but do not know the Vajra Dances, can connect with Guru Yoga integrating in contemplation with the Song of the Vajra one or multiple times, or combining also with any practice of their preferences.
Our global practice together has tremendous benefit according to Rinpoche’s words and finally also according to different scientific studies.
We all start and connect from the Sound of A at our heart center, knowing it is the symbolic sound of the Unborn and Bodhicitta energy. We can sing and dance with our intent based on knowledge of Dzogchen to the resonating sacred tunes harmonising the dissonant tunes or confusions of our personal and/or collective relative reality.
Greetings from Khandroling dancing all month through Sun and Cool with clear blue skies, stormy clouds and Rainbows.
