Friday, May 22 is the beginning of the fourth month of the Tibetan calendar, one of the propitious periods for Mandarava long life practice.
To start the month well, we are offering webcasts from Merigar to deepen, refresh and practice Mandarava together.
On Friday 22 May from 7 to 8.30pm (Italian time) Fabian Sanders will give a lesson to familiarize listeners with the Drajyor system of the first part of the text of the Mandarava practice.
Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 May from 4 to 6 pm (Italian time) Nina Robinson will give a brief explanation and lead the Mandarava practice.
