Kunsangar North, August 7–10, 2025

Bringing people together, respectful collaboration, and mutual support are what inspired us when organizing the ‘Myriad Worlds’ Yoga and Awareness Festival. Building on the experience of two previous, unique celebrations (in 2023 and 2024), we decided that the third ‘Myriad Worlds’ Festival would once again be a wonderful opportunity for the Vajra family, friends, and like-minded individuals to gather.

“Thank you so much for such a great effort. Bringing together so many different people, united and familiar, introducing them to different methods, and giving them the opportunity to see that we have each other and are together. We’ve accomplished everything we planned to do, and, as always, you learn a little more about yourself. We should definitely continue.” A review from one of our guests

So, this summer, the Dzogchen Community once again invited everyone who shares the values of freedom, awareness, the profound meaning of compassion, evolution, and creativity to Kunsangar North. For four days, from August 7th to 10th, Kunsangar North became home to over 250 people. We were practicing, studying, and relaxing together.

The most joyful event of the festival was the participation of our Teacher Namkhai Yeshi. Judging by the registration, over 2,700 people from various countries attended Namkhai Yeshi’s teaching “Mentally sound with less or no effort” on August 7th. We were absolutely delighted and impressed by the profound teaching, and we thank Namkhai Yeshi for his presence in our lives and support!

Anyone could join the festival’s online classes, and thus many people had the opportunity to listen to Chögyal Namkhai Norbu’s open lecture on the Dzogchen teaching (recorded in 2011), as well as participate in classes by Dr. Phuntsog Wangmo, Michael Katz, Igor Berkhin, Alexander Gomonov, and Oleg Troyanovsky.

Our wonderful presenters (over 30 people!) conducted lectures, workshops, and master classes at the festival, united by the common theme of “Knowledge. Evolution. Happiness,” and presented participants with methods and techniques for integrating ancient knowledge into modern life through the explanation, development, and application of presence and awareness practices.

We tried to organize the schedule so that festival guests could attend a variety of activities: presentations of the Vajra Dance and Khaita, learn about the methods transmitted by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, participate in the practices and rituals of our friends, the Buddhist sanghas, and participate in seminars exploring the essence of creativity, including master classes in music, painting, and theater.

The festival program was so extensive and multifaceted, and each performance and activity so interesting and valuable, that we didn’t want to miss anything in this article. Therefore, we have prepared a special report where you can find a detailed festival program and other information about its preparation and implementation.

“The festival left an exceptionally positive impression. The participation of various speakers ensured a diversity of perspectives and approaches, which made the event even more valuable. The lectures and workshops were incredibly interesting. The topics covered the most relevant and important issues, providing an opportunity not only to learn new approaches but also to delve deeper into familiar areas.

Sometimes it was difficult to choose where to go, as several classes were taking place simultaneously, all of which seemed equally engaging. This, however, only underscores the high level of organization and the interest of the participants. Overall, the festival was a truly remarkable event, providing a wealth of useful knowledge and inspiration for future work.” A review from one of our guests.

Even nature was kind to us: the forecast for cold weather and rain during the festival dates turned out to be inaccurate, and we were able to enjoy wonderful outdoor workshops and spend the evenings in friendly company around a campfire.

You can watch a video about the festival here:

Each evening, a wonderful Buddhist lamp offering practice took place at the Stupa of Complete Victory, and one evening, an enthralling musical concert was held.

Excerpts from the concert are in this video

We sincerely thank all the guests, presenters, karma yogis, and staff of Kunsangar North for the calm, warm, and creative atmosphere!

Our special thanks go to the webcast team and the translation team.

With your friendly support, everything that seemed difficult was resolved quickly, easily, and beautifully!

With love
