November 22-23, Munich, Germany

We spent a wonderful weekend with Stamatia Rori, during which she patiently taught us the basics of Yantra Yoga practice and tirelessly and lightly pointed out the benefits of this practice. Beyond the physical exercises, she shared her deeper understanding with us and conveyed the joy of the movements, warming up our November-stiff limbs. She repeatedly emphasized the importance of correct breathing. Stamatia turned out to be a “puppeteer” who also enchanted us with her cheerful and caring disposition, blowing away all our tiredness.
Repeating and practicing the preparatory exercises in Yantra Yoga provides a profound foundation and creates the physical prerequisites for all the Yantras that follow.
