Dear Vajra Family,
On 26th January from 0:00 h. to 24:00 h. GMT+0, there will be a GREEN TARA Global Chain practice for 24 hours with the intention of supporting the development of Dzamling Gar and specially for the construction of the Gonpa.
The Gonpa of Dzamling Gar will function as a Sacred Space for the entire world, benefitting everyone everywhere as a cause for the realization of Wisdom and Awareness. As future generations fill the Gonpa to practice together, it will function as an important place for fulfilling Rinpoche’s vision of The Dzogchen Transmission continuing without end.

Then,
1. Register by filling the following questionnaire in: http://www.practicingtogether.org/
2. Each practitioner – or group – will do a GREEN TARA practice Anuyoga system, which should last 1 HOUR OF RECITATION of the essential mantras (OM TARE TAM SVAHA 30′ & OM TARE TUTTARE TURE SVAHA 35′).
In order not to break the chain, it is necessary to start at least 5 minutes before the established starting time for doing the Preliminaries (9 breathings, Purification of the 5 elements and Refuge & Bodhichitta).
Then, we sound TAM and we manifest us as TARA, and we do recitation for 1 hour (the established time of registration).
Finally, we continue with the Song of Vajra and Dedications.
3. If the registration is done by a group of people, we ask the person registering the group to write the name of the Ling or Gar and once the practice is finished, we kindly ask her/him to send us the total number of participants in that group.
May this practice fill all the space and disolve all obstacles into emptiness.
