On the 24th and 25th of January, Palriling (Mountain of Glory) invited Santi Maha Sangha teacher Stoffelina Verdonk to lead a relaxed but motivated seminar that was an introduction to the study of Santi Maha Sangha as taught by our dear master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu. Through an enriched reading and many comments on this text, followed by many questions, participants discovered some key chapters of this teaching. Then they were able to experience a number of concentration practices such as semdzins and rushens that the SMS book makes available to everyone as long as he wants to start working.
