Please find information about how to connect to the closed webcast and what to do if you have some connection issues.
WHO CAN CONNECT TO CLOSED WEBCAST
To have access to closed webcasts and replays all Dzogchen Community members need to register on dzogchen.net and have 2019 and / or 2020 membership paid.
Only after March 31st 2020 if you have not paid the current membership year closed webcasts and replays will NOT be accessible.
HOW TO CONNECT
To connect to ongoing Mandarava closed webcast you should use this link

Email (username) and password: you should enter are the same as for your membership login on dzogchen.net
LOGIN ISSUES
In case you have lost your password, you can reset it here: https://dzogchen.net/ recoverpassword/
MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION ISSUES
In case you have paid 2019 and / or 2020 membership and the system does not let you log in saying that “your membership is expired”, then please contact your local Gar/Ling Membership Coordinator or Gakyil and ask them to update your membership in the database (proceed your payment).
If you have financial issues, you should still contact your local Gakyil to discuss your personal situations and the best way to get your membership status updated.
In case you have some specific problem with your login credentials and password recovery does not work for you please write to [email protected] (it works now).
