At Merigar East we have just finished a combined retreat of Yantra Yoga, Vajra Dance and Kumar Kumari with instructors Mira Mironova, Zoltan Cser and Monika Lakatos. It was held August 23-31 and was real enjoyment to learn and to practice all together on the outside Mandalas at the Gar.
All of us, instructors, organisers and participants realised that this is a very good opportunity for learning and practicing together, and having concrete experiences in all different kinds of these essential practices. We hope that this will be the starting point of a tradition for organising combined practices at Merigar East. All of us are full of love and gratitude to our Master, the Teachings and our dedicated instructors.
