Pranayamas of Yantra Yoga with Fabio Andrico
On 7–10 November 2024 Kunsangar South had a great joy to hold an online retreat on the Pranayamas of Yantra Yoga with our dear international teacher Fabio Andrico.

On the 15th September there was a meeting of the Gakyil of Kunsangar South. We thank all who participated and showed activity.
Summer Season at Kunsangar South, Crimea
Usually the summer season at Kunsangar South begins in May, when the warm weather comes, the first flowers start to bloom and the wonderful time of retreats begins.
Summer Update from Kunsangar South
Summer 2023 at Kunsangar South passed peacefully, in work and practice. Many retreats were cancelled, but August was especially busy with many courses and retreats.
New Gakyil of Kunsangar South 2023-2024
On August 26th the election meeting was held at Kunsangar South. We would like to thank all the participants for their interest. There were 27 people present in the gompa and 25 people online.
Quiet days at Kunsangar South
The days at Kunsangar South are quiet and peaceful now. Not many people have come to the Gar yet, although the summer season has started.

Yantra Yoga retreat at Kunsangar South
Heartfelt thanks to Yantra Yoga instructor Mira Mironova for the joy of a onsite retreat in the warm gompa of Kunsangar South. We are looking forward to more meetings to perfect yantras and pranayamas.

New Gakyil of Kunsangar South – According to the results of the online voting for the candidates for the Gakyil of South Kunsangar, the team has been created. All candidates have received a sufficient number of “yes” votes. New Gekös are Dima Leontiev with Snezhana Zhigareva.
