Yantra Yoga Easter Weekend
We were a good fifteen who enjoyed this long Easter weekend at Dejamling to learn and perfect these wonderful techniques: Pranayama, Tsigjong, Lungsang, Tsadul, 1st and 2nd main series of Yantras.
Palriling New Gakyil
The new gakyil of Palriling, Paris, was elected on February the 6th, just before Losar, and Rinpoche sent his approval on the 22nd, after the Mandarava Drubchen.
