As some of you might already know, we recently found out about the loss of one of our Romanian Vajra brother, Dan Toganel.

We sadly announce the passing of Zorik Dugarov, a well known Community member, practitioner and thangka painter from Buryatia.
Died – Sonja Burgmeier and Marcus Niederlechner
After a long chronic illness, Sonja Burgmeier – one of Rinpoche’s first students – passed away on Monday 13 June 2022. Her former partner Marcus Niederlechner – also a student of our master – passed away on 27 April this year.
In Memory of Galya Khasyanova and Kolya Olshevskiy
In May, Sangyeling (Dzogchen Community of St. Petersburg, Russia) lost two of its members – Kolya Olshevskiy and Galya Khasyanova. The Gakyil wrote some words in memory of the deceased.

On April 11th, just after an evening online Ganapuja, our Vajra Brother Jacek Szymkiewicz “Budyń” suddenly died. Jacek practiced the Dharma for many years.

Our Vajra Sister Merilyn Ankoka died unexpectedly on Monday at 1145am on January 24, 2022 in the hospital where she was taken that very morning.
Died – Fernando Pardo Martin
Tuesday, January 25th, 2022, our dear Vajra brother Fernando Pardo Martin sadly passed away by covid after a month in the ICU. He was Madrid yellow Gakyil for many years and a dedicated member of community.
