Dear affiliated Gars and Lings,
The General Assembly of the IDC members will be held in the headquarters of the International Dzogchen Community of Dzamlingar, Tenerife, on the 1st April 2016 at 11 am.
We are attaching herewith copy of the official announcement, as posted at the legal head office of the IDC, in accordance with the regulations.

We remind you that only members of the affiliated Gars and Lings have the right to vote.
Necessary conditions for the right to vote:
1) the Gars or Lings have to be officially affiliated;
2) the members must have reached the age for the right to vote;
3) the membership fee for 2016 must have been paid (at least partially);
4) Welcome Cards have NO right to vote.
We also plan to have a meeting of the International Coordination Committee, and a workshop for all Membership Coordinators and Gakyil members, on March 31st. Details to follow in due course.
(ICC includes representatives of affiliated Gars and Lings, but representatives of all Gars and Lings are welcome and encouraged to attend).
