May 2nd Green Tara Global Chain 24 Hours

Dear Vajra Family,

This May 2nd from 00.00 to 24.00 GMT+0 we will do a global chain with the practice of TARA.

Let the Great Mother Tara manifest from the light of Her seed syllable. By receiving and integrating with Her wisdom, may we remain in our real state, being free from the cycle of samsara.

Do you want to participate? Then:

2. We suggest that each practitioner, or group, do the Anuyoga GREEN TARA practice. In order to not to break the chain, it is necessary to start at least 10 minutes before the established time of registration (9 breathings, Purification of the 5 elements and Refuge & Bodhichitta).

Then we sound TAM and we manifest as TARA, and we do recitation of the universal mantra: OM TARE TUTTARE TURE SVAHA, for 65 minutes (the established time of registration) .

During recitation, while we have turning the mantra one should keep the presence doing trondü (from TAM infinite lights go out in all directions, inviting all the power and wisdom of all realised ones, and receiving all the light you unify it in you). Please do this without counting the quantity of mantras you are doing.

Finally, we continue with the Song of Vajra and Dedications.

3. If the registration is done by a group of people, we ask the person registering to write the name of the Ling or Gar and once the practice is finished, we kindly ask them to send us the total number of participants of the group to: [email protected]

(We don’t do mantra counting, not necessary to give us that information).
