We are living very difficult times and this week new measures to tackle the pandemic will come into effect, which Merigar is also required to comply with.

Regarding collective practices, within the Gönpa and other structures, we will continue to observe distancing and wearing masks.

If you have not been able to communicate your presence to the office (an invitation that we renew), we invite you to register at the stand outside the Gönpa or the Mandala Room.

For courses, retreats and other events it will be necessary, for those who wish to follow inside the structures, to obtain the certification required by government decree (the Green Pass). Alternatively, we remind you, it will be possible to follow the practices externally.
