On 7–10 November 2024 Kunsangar South had a great joy to hold an online retreat on the Pranayamas of Yantra Yoga with our dear international teacher Fabio Andrico.
Over four days, over a 100 of us from 25 different countries gathered to receive these very precious teachings. Translations into Russian and Spanish were offered.
We all have learnt so much and on so many levels, and feel deeply inspired to continue our practice.
We are endlessly grateful to Fabio, Rinpoche and the translators of this retreat. May all beings benefit!
