From January to May, over five intense weekends, Maggiorina Capelli, a second-level Vajra Dance instructor, taught a large group of practitioners the Dance of the Song of the Vajra in the beautiful Ling in Milan (Italy). The group, which was not always the same but had some regular attendees throughout the five weekends, was composed of various levels, with true beginners and people who already knew the dance but needed to review it or, in any case, carefully review specific details and steps. Everything took place in a particularly serene and collaborative atmosphere, and the meetings were a way to spend a lot of time together, since the Milan Ling also offers the opportunity to picnic on site.

Special thanks go to Maggiolina who, with patience, delicacy, and moderation, was able to lead the Pamo and Pawo group, fully conveying the profound meaning of the Dance and the content of each part, while each of us moving on the mandala was able to apply ourselves more and more to the extraordinary practice taught to us by our Master.
