Dear and beloved friends, joyful greetings from Kunsangar North!
This autumn nature is just beginning to change its colors, and our majestic pine trees still stand proudly under the clear blue sky. Our summer has been dry and warm, which was perfect for practices and retreats.
The highlight of this year was the retreat with Yeshi in June, which attracted almost one hundred people! It was a truly inspiring time during which we were all able to deepen our understanding of the teachings and spend unforgettable days together in practice. This retreat was a powerful impetus for further spiritual development for all participants.

In July, we organized the ‘Virtuous Days of Art’, which combined creative energy and spiritual practices. This unique event inspired us all to touch deep teachings through art, filling our hearts with light and compassion.

One of the highlights of July was a meeting with Nikolai Dudko at the masterclass ‘Drawing Avalokiteshvara – the universal symbol of compassion’. Participants were able to express their inner understanding of compassion and wisdom through creativity and designing unique images.

Also during the summer, a gathering of yantra yoga instructors took place where they shared their experiences and deepened their knowledge of the practice. This event allowed for a space to support and inspire each other.

The warm summer allowed the Vajra Dance to be held almost continuously, either in the gönpa or in the tent. Dance activity was at an all-time high, and we rejoiced every day. Even round-the-clock marathons were organized, allowing all participants to delve deeper into the practice, regardless of the time of day.
During the summer, a children’s mandala for the Vajra Dance was printed, which was an important step in introducing the younger participants to the practice. Now children, too, will be able to actively participate in the Vajra Dance, learning the harmony and depth of this teaching.
In July we also held a Tsetar, a ritual of saving the lives of animals, in which we released fish into the Klyazma River.
And finally, we are happy to announce that we have drastically improved the internet and cellular connection at the Gar. Now you will be able to stay in touch with the world without losing focus on your practice.
Kunsangar North continues to bring harmony to our world, supporting all Rinpoche’s students and guests in their spiritual quest.
With love and warmth,
Kunsangar North
