These days we continue with the practice of Tara in webcast from Merigar and Dzamling Gar, with an appointment at 18:00 Italian time on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
On Sunday 22nd and 29th November there will be a practice at 10:00.

We have also added a link to a short video taken from the retreat held in Peru in January 2002, in which Chögyal Namkhai Norbu introduces the figure of Tara and some essential elements for the practice. You can also find a video of the explanation of the practice made by Costantino Albini which was webcast on November 2nd with added subtitles in Italian.
