As a novice who has participated in a few presentations of Yantra Yoga, I decided to follow a beginner’s course.The course took place in the very inspiring temple of Sangha Loka and was attended by 22 studious participants (different ages and levels) over the weekend of September 5-6. The very jovial instructor, Jesus Martinez with 20 years of practice took care of us with humor and patience and succeeded in satisfying his students. We hope the smooth and relaxed atmosphere of this course will motivate the new practitioners to continue the practice twice a week with Jesus at Palri ling.
