On February 20-23, 2025 Kunsangar South hosted an online retreat on Preliminary practices of Yantra Yoga with Fazilia Nigmatullina, a First level instructor.
We are grateful to Fazilia for her dedication to the lineage, for detailed and clear instructions, a warm care for us all, and the joyful atmosphere she created!
This open retreat united both our Vajra siblings and newcomers. Many of the newcomers expressed a wish to continue the practice of Yantra Yoga and were excited to hear the news about May Teachings with Yeshi Namkhai.
