Dear Vajra family,
We have just finished the retreat on the 7th Lojong and Rushens with intensive practice guided by Fabio Andrico, which took place in Kunsangar South on 29 July – 4 August 2017. We also did the long life practice of Mandarava with Chudlen every morning dedicating it to our Rinpoche’s precious health, and Fabio explained the principles of Sogtig and Tsalung of Mandarava to us! Thanks to all participants for a relaxed atmoshpere and friendly behavior!
