Yet another superb weekend in the ling in the South of France (Dejamling) where 15 of us gathered together to follow a training course with Patrizia Pearl on Kumbhaka, the Humkara pranayama and the 7th Lojong in mid-May, 2016. During these three days we received pearls of practical wisdom from Patricia gathered from being close to our Master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu and also from repeated retreats and years of teaching. Mine was to have a concrete experience of “breathing” into my lower back. Each one of us left with his own pearl to treasure and to keep.
The success of this retreat was the fruit of a well organized collaboration between the Gakyil members who were present (Marie-Madeleine and Carole) and Marie and myself.
A great deal laughter resounded in our quiet little valley. During the breaks, Pamo and Pawo who wished to do so, danced on the mandala.
Blessed by Rinpoche in 1998, Dejam Ling, the ling of infinite bliss; lives on, a retreat place for practice and transmission.
