Due to the fact that Fabio Andrico and more people are staying at Dzamling Gar in Tenerife while Chögyal Namkhai Norbu is still here, after agreement, we used the opportunity to organise a Kumbhaka explanation and practice course with Fabio Andrico, May 25-27. Participants enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and space for practice. Following this, there will be a 7th Lojong course with Fabio, June 2-4. We will try do add some extra courses during the coming weeks according to circumstances.
