We are writing with big sadness to let you know that our Vajra Brother Rafal Portas passed away yesterday, 17th December 2017.
For many years Raf was our friend and a member of the Dzogchen Community in the United Kingdom. He was working for a long time as a gakyil member in the UK and as membership secretary.
