It was such a pleasure to lead a session of Kumar Kumari Yoga for children in the Manasarovar school, located in Ramhiti Boudhanath, near Kathmandu, during my stay in Kathmandu, Nepal.
The children were very attentive and interested in learning the positions and movements. At the end of the class many of them came to greet me and ask some curious questions! I really enjoyed teaching KK there!
Founded in 1999, Manasarovar Academy is a non profit organization serving children from poor families who could not otherwise attend the school and supported by ASIA.
