Dear Gakyils around the world,
Since the last update on the Archives’ Transcription Project, the new system of transcribing upcoming retreats is to be launched for every place Rinpoche gives Teaching.
One of the duties of the organizers of current retreats with Rinpoche should be to find a transcriber for the retreat. It is usually not something difficult to arrange because during the retreat there are many volunteers. This will be also very helpful for the Dzogchen Community and the rest of the transcribers as it means that they will be able to concentrate on the thousands of hours of material of past retreats given by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu (as of now, only a fraction of this material has been transcribed into written format).
A transcriber has to have been an active member of the Dzogchen Community for at least 2 years, followed or attended at least 3 retreats with Chögyal Namkhai Norbu and know English well.
We kindly ask you to help us try to find someone in your local Sangha to transcribe the retreat!
