Green Tara and Chöd Retreat in Prague

We had the great pleasure to host the great teacher and student of Rinpoche, Costantino Albini, in Prague. In the morning sessions we practiced Green Tara and in the afternoon one we did the practice of Chöd. During the retreat we also had the possiblitity to celebrate the International Vajra Dance Day together with the Dance of the Twelve A’s and a final practice of relaxation was completed by Khaita Joyful Dances. The program was quite intense and we really enjoyed it. Hopefully we can offer these merits to all sencient beings. Thanks to Costantino and his wife Stefanie, we had really nice walks through flowering fragnant Prague parks and neighborhoods.
