Ever since I heard about the Dzogchen Longde retreat with Fabio at Dzamling Gar, I felt a deep calling to attend.
Participants had come from many parts of the world, including China, South Africa, and Argentina, to study the teachings of Yantra Yoga. It was moving to be part of such a diverse group, all gathered with a shared intention. Together we explored the relationship between breath, movement, and rhythm.

The Medicine Buddha Retreat was a successful result of a close and fruitful collaboration between the Tibetan Medicine School and the Gakyil of Dzamling Gar.

During the retreat I often had the sense of eternity in the moment: time dilation was an unavoidable reality! The inevitable last day of the retreat arrived too soon. Namkhai Yeshi kindly gave us some simple, sound advice: relax, enjoy, try to avoid extreme feelings and behaviors that promote these feelings.
Sunday, March 1st, the second part of the Vajra Dance of the Song of the Vajra course taught by instructor Sachiko Fullita came to a close. This part focused on studying the Dance from the SAMBHARATHAMEKHACANTPA line through to the end.
