Initiated by the Mayor of Adeje, Jose Miguel Rodriguez Fraga, this project is named “Mentalizate”: The primary meaning of this Spanish verb is “making aware” and the project aims at making the public of Adeje aware of the many dire consequences of the ongoing pandemic on their own mental health and equip them to cope with their effects in a positive way.

Herenia Rojas died on Monday, June 11th, at 1:00 pm, in Caracas, Venezuela. She was one of the first Dzogchen practitioners and members Tashigar Norte.

Vesak Fish Release in Trishuli River, Nepal

On June 1st we organized a Vesak fish release in Nepal, in the Trishuli river. A total of 50kgs, around 19,250 fish, were released. The process was overseen by monks from the monastery of the late Khyabje Chatral Rinpoche.
