The two day festival on December 2 and 3 included a gala evening event on December 2 with honorary speeches, music and dancing and on December 3 public presentations of Yantra Yoga, Khaita and Vajra Dance as well as open houses at all the houses with many offerings of food, crafts and Tibetan Culture. With deep sadness we share that our dear Mohan past away on the night of December 8, 2023 in Tenerife. Mohan was a kind soul with a huge devotion and respect to Rinpoche.

Here are the most recent updates for our €400,000 fundraising to cover the payments related to Dzamling Gar Gönpa phase one (the main hall) and legalization of the entire Gar till the end of December 2019.

Alessandra and Stoffelina were very good team – we learned much and it was very joyful.

Recently the very first Khaita course took place in the new Dzamling Gar Gönpa. We really enjoyed dancing in this wonderful space – so fresh and spacious, the wooden floor just perfect for dancing and amazing views over the Gar, the mountains and the ocean from the glass windows.

On July 3rd and 5th, 2019, we had a two day Tibetan Ume ( དབུ་མེད། cursive script) calligraphy course with Kunga Tenzin at Dzamling Gar.
