Summer Update from Kunsangar South
Summer 2023 at Kunsangar South passed peacefully, in work and practice. Many retreats were cancelled, but August was especially busy with many courses and retreats.
Yoga Kids Summer Camp at Dzamling Gar: A Month of Joy, Discovery, and Kumar Kumari
The Yoga camp’s idea was a dream nurtured over several years. It finally became a reality as a step towards providing a safe, nurturing space for kids (and potentially teenagers).
Recent Courses at Dzamling Gar
There were three courses held at Dzamling Gar from December 2017 to February 2018 on Mandarava, Yantra Yoga training and Breathing and Kumbhaka with Nina Robinson, Laura Evangelisti and Fabio Andrico.

Christmas Retreat on the Six Lojons at Phendeling, Czech Republic
So practicing the Six Lojons during longer and intensive retreat with the support of an experienced instructor helped us to understand better the meaning and importance of such practice in the context of Dzogchen Teaching, especially those preparing for SMS Base exam appreciated this opportunity very much.
