On Monday January 3 the retreat on Shiné ends. During the coming weekend we will have the Meditation and Yoga course with Fabio Risolo and Tiziana Gottardi.
Initiated by the Mayor of Adeje, Jose Miguel Rodriguez Fraga, this project is named “Mentalizate”: The primary meaning of this Spanish verb is “making aware” and the project aims at making the public of Adeje aware of the many dire consequences of the ongoing pandemic on their own mental health and equip them to cope with their effects in a positive way.

This November we celebrated 10 years of Khaita – exactly 10 years ago, in November 2011, an eminent Tibetan scholar and Dzogchen master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu started selecting modern Tibetan songs for the first Khaita collection “Message from Tibet”.
On December 8 at Kunsangar North together with the entire Dzogchen Community we celebrated Rinpoche’s birthday.
