The main activity of the SSI-Austria is the Ka-Ter Translation Project, which includes the translation of the Dra Thal Gyur Tantra, and the translation work of the Complete Works of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu.
Tibetan Language Weekend Courses
Shang Shung Institute Austria offers a series of online weekend courses on Tibetan language, focussing on the translation of Tibetan texts examining in detail the most common practices used in the Dzogchen Community, starting with the Thun book
2nd Tibetan Language Course for Beginners
Organized by the Shang Shung Institute (Austria) as part of the Ka-ter Translation Project, the course was held from 18 to 25 August 2015 in the picturesque setting of the Merigar West library
