Recently the very first Khaita course took place in the new Dzamling Gar Gönpa. We really enjoyed dancing in this wonderful space – so fresh and spacious, the wooden floor just perfect for dancing and amazing views over the Gar, the mountains and the ocean from the glass windows.
For two years now we have regular and irregular sessions of Khaita Joyful dances in our little town in the backland of southern France, in Aveyron, close to the famous “Roquefort” cheese caves. We study, dance and honor the part of “joyous” in the meaning of Khaita Joyful Dances.
On the 31st of March, a group of five Khaita dancers and two dancers from the London Tibetan Community took part in the ‘Faiths in Tune Festival’ in London
Among the many precious methods he offered us, in 2011 our beloved Teacher, Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, gave us “Harmony in Space” or Khaita”
