The course has a complete duration of 19 days, divided over 3 stages

1st stage: 24 – 30 November  2014 (7 days)

2nd stage: 20  – 26  February 2015 (7 days)

3rd stage: April 2015 (5 days)

Ku Nye is a massage technique originated in the Himalayan region more than 3900 years ago, that remains completely preserved to our days. Its main objectives are the prevention and the cure of illness.

During the course students will learn: history, origins, characteristics and objectives of traditional Tibetan Medicine and Ku Nye massage; cosmology in the Tibetan tradition and subtle anatomy; the 3 humors, the 5 elements, the 7 constituents, the 6 tastes; organs and chakras and their characteristics, interdependencies and disturbances; etiology of pathologic processes; preparation of the massage oils according to the condition of the patient.

Participation in the course grants credits accounted for the final certificate of Ku Nye Massage Operator and to access the diploma course offered by the Institute School of Tibetan Medicine.
