Poem in memory of Vlada
vlada I don’t know yr. last
name, or what was yr. last name, how can
such a BIG girl no longer BE/ painting yr. silk thankas,
day & night, ‘ did I come fr. a rich family’ you wanted to
know, mostly we didn’t talk, but we sold together, at
so many retreats, poems & cards, scarves &
thankas, very good vibrations after
the teachings / devoted to your lines & forms, patiently
working on those manifold techniques, Vlada, I always thought
you’d be there, next to me, selling scarves & thankas
