The Semdzin of the Song of the Vajra
from Friday 4 June, 5 pm
At Merigar, we will dedicate these three days to the practice of the Semdzin of the Song of the Vajra. The first session, Friday 4th June, will be led by Adriano Clemente who will explain the melody and rhythm in detail. Ganapuja will follow. Saturday and Sunday there will be three thuns of practice together. Also in webcast!

The practice of contemplation according to the instructions of the first level of Santi Maha Sangha with Fabio Risolo
The retreat will focus on the practice of contemplation according to the instructions, contained in Ati Samten Gongdzod by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, related to the Nyang system and written by Sodogpa Lodrö Gyaltsen.
This course is reserved to those who have completed the Base exam of Santi Maha Sangha and have participated in the training for the First Level.
