On July 2, 2021 at 5.30 pm the Annual General Meeting will be held in the Gönpa at Merigar with the following agenda:
1 – Short report from the gakyil on Merigar’s activities
2 – Approval of the final balance sheet 2020 and forecast for the 2021 balance sheet (available at https://www.merigar.it/site/assets/files/1993/bilancio_merigar_2020.pdf)
3 – Election of the new Gakyil and renewal of roles.
4 – Various

The practices at Merigar take place in the Gönpa. Preventive measures remain in force, therefore we ask those who want to participate on site, to communicate it to the office the day before or, at least in advance. We also advise you that the windows will remain open in order to have satisfactory ventilation in the Gönpa. We remind you to continue to observe the rules for distancing and always wear the mask inside the Gönpa. We also remind you to leave your cars in the parking lot.
