A unique retreat was held with authorized instructor of Yantra Yoga Level 2 Victor Krachkovskiy on the 6-7 January 2017 in the Gönpa of Rinchenling, Moscow, Russia. A detailed explanation of the subject of the 4 pranayamas is not given very frequently.
17 people participated in the retreat and even 30 degrees of hard frost didn`t prevent them from coming to practise and to receive priceless explanations from the experienced instructor.
