It was a wonderful experience to lead the Rhythmic Breathing Pranayama course last weekend with my colleague Michele Corrado at Merigar West.

This weekend was part of the online Yantra Yoga for Beginners course, and it was dedicated to those who are learning Yantra Yoga online this year with us, and also to Yantra Yoga practitioners, those who wish to deepen their practice and check doubts, correct “mistakes ”and clarify details, in presence.

During the first hour of each session we did Yantra Yoga warm-ups and preliminaries. In the second hour we practiced one of the basic scales of rhythmic breathing!

I am very happy to have practiced together and to have met many people from the online course! It is a real pleasure to see people’s enthusiasm and interest to continue their practice!
