Views of the nine Vehicles, Pranayama and Shine practice, 7th Lojon: Voice, Body, Spirit, each of the 15 participants was able to benefit from the teachings of the Santi Maha Sangha Base, thanks to the generous and friendly presence of Oliver Leick, who shared his knowledge and above all his experience with simplicity, humor and depth.
Ganapuja and Chöd, Shitro, Yantra yoga, and Khaita Dances framed the retreat as a moment of great intensity, all in a joyful and relaxed atmosphere.
Thanks to all the participants and supervisors, (Elerin for Yantra in the morning, Carole for translation of during the day, Mireille on the piano (cooker) for lunch, and Sébastien at the wheel at dawn), for their warm welcome and their exemplary dedication to the Dzogchen Community.
