Dargaeling (Bulgaria) is pleased to inform you that between October 5 and 10, 2015 there was a Yantra Yoga supervision event in Sofia, Bulgaria. Laura Evangelisti supervised Orlin Karaivanov as a first level instructor. The event was combined with an open and closed course. Both community members and new people attended the events and we enjoyed a great time together.
The advice of Laura was of great help to everyone. She put great emphasis on the importance of breathing and corrected many subtle mistakes, done by the participants.
