Kundusling, Barcelona, Spain

From December 19th to 21st, we were delighted to welcome Zoltan Cser to
Kundusling for a clear and profound explanation of the Semdzin of the Song of
the Vajra. The retreat was beautifully structured, with deep theoretical insights
nterleaved with dedicated sessions of dancing, singing, and contemplation.
As a prelude to the main retreat, Zoltan led an extraordinary Yantra Yoga
session on December 18th. He offered detailed instructions on the deeper
aspects of the Tsijong, Lungsang, and Tsadul preliminary series, followed by
collective practice.

Once the course began, Zoltan initially guided us through foundational
concepts, discussing cause and effect, the nature of our limitations, the Three
Kayas, and many more. This provided the essential context for introducing the
Dzogchen Teachings and highlighting the central importance of the Song of the
Vajra within the lineage.

Throughout the days that followed, we explored how the Song of the Vajra relates with all the important methods of Dzogchen Semde, Longde, and Upadesha, while specifically delving into the application of the Semdzin of the Song of the Vajra. Every explanation was brought directly
into experience as we joined together to dance the Song of the Vajra, sing and
relax in the state of contemplation.

We are deeply grateful to Zoltan for visiting Kundusling and for sharing these
practices with such clarity, ease, and joy. His teaching style, weaving clear
explanations together with stories of the Great Masters and his own personal
experiences, was truly inspiring. We greatly enjoyed his presence in the Ling
and hope to welcome him back again very soon!
